International Foundation Programme
A one-year foundation taught by University of Reading academics on the Whiteknights campus, preparing international students for a range of Reading degrees. It is the university's 1+3 CAS route and includes academic English support.

- Sri Lankan qualifications
- Sri Lankan GCE A-Levels or London A-Levels considered for direct entry; lower A-Level scores can enter the International Foundation Programme
- English (IELTS)
- 6.5 overall with no component below 5.5 (Pharmacy and Nutrition 6.5 with no component below 6.0)
