MSc Public Health
Prepares professionals to advocate for and lead change in public health at local and international levels. The programme develops population health, epidemiology, health policy, prevention and evidence-based intervention. At postgraduate level, the emphasis is on advanced knowledge, critical evaluation and independent professional or research work.

- Bachelor Special degree considered for master's study; Bachelor General degree with very high grades may be considered; MBA also needs at least 2 years' work experience
- English (IELTS)
- 6.5 overall, minimum 6.5 in writing and 5.5 in each other component
- English alternatives
- O/L English grade C or above (within 5 years) accepted; recent Sri Lankan degree with English medium from approved universities (Colombo, Moratuwa, Sri Jayewardenepura, Kelaniya, Peradeniya, Open University) can also be accepted
