Advanced study of structural, geotechnical and infrastructure engineering, with an optional placement year. For civil engineering and related graduates aiming for chartered engineering careers. September 2027 entry fee is £26,900.

- Academic
- 2:2 UK honours degree (or equivalent) in civil engineering, or mechanical engineering, architecture, land surveying or another relevant subject
- Sri Lankan qualifications
- For courses needing a UK 2:1: 80% from a 3-year bachelor's or 60% from a 4-year special/5-year professional degree. For a UK 2:2: 70% from a 3-year bachelor's or 55% from a 4-year/5-year degree. Pre-Master's programme available.
- English (IELTS)
- 6.5 overall with 6.0 in writing and 5.5 in each other element
- English alternatives
- UG applicants need English at grade C in Cambridge O-level (and Cambridge/Sri Lankan O-level maths at grade C); some courses ask for more
