Adds a preparatory foundation year before the BSc Agriculture, for students without the grades or background for direct entry. International fee is the same for the foundation year as for later years.

- Sri Lankan GCE A-levels considered as equivalent to UK A-levels (e.g. BCC = BCC; CD for Foundation degrees)
- English (IELTS)
- 6.0 overall, no element below 5.5
- English alternatives
- Sri Lankan GCE O-level English grade C or above accepted for undergraduate entry (Foundation degrees require an IELTS SELT)
