This free, self-paced programme is for beginners preparing for IT support, networking or further technical study. It contains 20 guided lessons, practical activities and 20 immediate-feedback knowledge checks.
What you will achieve

Completion and certificate
Complete every required lesson in your learner account to become eligible for a private GEC Certificate of Completion. The quizzes are formative self-checks unless the course page expressly states otherwise. The certificate records completion of this GEC learning programme; it is not an Ofqual-regulated qualification, RQF award, academic credit or professional licence.
