Student Portal & Online Course Help

Simple step-by-step help for signing in, signing out, resetting your password, accessing your courses, completing lessons and quizzes, and solving common problems.

Security reminder: Global Educational Consultants will never need your password or password-reset code to help you. Never send your password, reset link or verification code by email, WhatsApp or a support form.

Quick Guide to Your Student Portal

After signing in, your Student Portal gives you access to Courses, Announcements, Quiz Attempts and Discussions. Use the profile menu in the top-right of the Student Portal for your profile, settings and logout.

Login, Logout & Password Questions

1. How do I log in to my student account?
Choose Student Portal from the website menu or visit Student Portal. Enter the username/email and password connected to your account. After a successful login, you will see your student dashboard.
2. I do not have an account. How do I register?
Use Create Student Account. Use an email address you can access because account and password-recovery messages may be sent there. Use the same account when enrolling in courses.
3. I forgot my password. What should I do?
Open the Password Reset page. Enter your registered username or email address. The website will send an email with instructions for choosing a new password.
4. I requested a reset but did not receive the email. What should I check?
Check Spam, Junk, Promotions and other filtered folders. Make sure you entered the same email address used for your account. Wait a few minutes before requesting another email. If it still does not arrive, contact us and provide your name and registered email address — never your password.
5. My password-reset link has expired or does not work. What should I do?
Request a new reset email from the Password Reset page and use the newest link you receive. Older reset links may stop working after a newer request is made.
6. I know my password, but the website says it is incorrect.
Check Caps Lock, keyboard language and accidental spaces. If you use a password manager, make sure it is filling the password for globeduconsult.com. If the problem continues, use the password-reset option instead of repeatedly guessing.
7. How do I log out safely?
Open the Student Portal, select your profile/user menu in the top-right, then choose Logout. If you are using a shared or public computer, close the browser after logging out.
8. Why does the login page keep returning me to the same screen?
Refresh the page once, allow cookies for globeduconsult.com, and try again. If needed, remove only this website’s cached data/cookies, reopen the browser and sign in again. Browser privacy extensions can sometimes block login cookies.
9. Can I stay signed in on my own device?
You may stay signed in on a trusted personal device, but always log out on shared, school, library or workplace computers. Never save your course password on a device that other people can access.
10. Can I use the same account on my phone and laptop?
Yes. Use the same registered account when signing in on different devices. Staying with one account helps keep your enrolled courses and learning activity together.

Online Course Access & Learning Help

11. Where can I find all free online courses?
Visit the Online Courses page. Choose a course to read its details, view the curriculum and start learning.
12. I enrolled, but I cannot find my course. Where should I look?
Sign in with the same account you used when enrolling. Open Student Portal → Courses. If the course is still missing, sign out and back in once, then contact support with the course name and your registered email address.
13. Why can I see a course page but not open the lessons?
First confirm that you are signed in and enrolled in that course. Some lesson content is only available to enrolled students. Return to the course page, check your enrollment and open the course curriculum again.
14. How do I continue a course I already started?
Sign in, open Student Portal → Courses, select the course, and continue from the curriculum. Your course dashboard is the best place to return to learning.
15. How do I know which lesson to study next?
Open the course curriculum and continue through the lessons in order. Completing the lessons in sequence helps you understand the later practical material and prepares you for the quiz.
16. My lesson will not open or keeps loading. What should I try?
Refresh once and check your internet connection. Try the latest version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox. Disable aggressive content blockers for this website, and try signing out and back in if the session has expired.
17. My course progress is not updating. What can I do?
Make sure you are signed in before studying. Complete the lesson using the course’s completion/continue control where available, then return to the course dashboard. Avoid switching between different student accounts.
18. Can I study on a mobile phone or tablet?
Yes. The website and course pages are designed to work on phones, tablets and computers. For longer practical exercises such as Python, Power BI or Tableau, a laptop or desktop computer may be easier to use.

Quiz & Assessment Help

19. Where can I find my course quiz?
Open the course curriculum and work through the available lessons. The quiz is shown as part of the course learning content when it is available. You can also review your activity under Student Portal → Quiz Attempts.
20. The quiz is not showing. What should I do?
Confirm that you are logged in and enrolled in the correct course. Complete any lessons that come before the quiz and refresh the curriculum. If it is still missing, contact support with the exact course name and a screenshot of what you can see.
21. Where can I see my previous quiz attempts?
Sign in to the Student Portal and choose Quiz Attempts from the dashboard menu. This is the correct place to review quiz activity connected to your account.
22. What should I do if a quiz freezes or does not submit?
Do not repeatedly press the submit button. Check your internet connection, keep the page open, and refresh only if necessary. If the problem continues, note the course and quiz name and contact support with a screenshot. Never send your password.

Other Common Questions

23. Are the courses really free?
The courses shown as Free on the Online Courses page can be accessed without a course fee. Always check the individual course page for the current course status and details.
24. Do I need special software for every course?
No. Requirements depend on the subject. General AI, English-test preparation and cybersecurity-awareness lessons can usually be studied in a normal modern browser. Practical Python, Power BI or Tableau activities may require appropriate software if you want to follow hands-on exercises.
25. What if I accidentally created two student accounts?
Stop switching between accounts, because course access and quiz activity may be split between them. Contact support and tell us which email address you want to use. Do not send either password.
26. How can I get help with a course question?
Check the lesson material first, then use the course discussion features when available. The Student Portal also includes a Discussions area. For an account or technical problem, use our Contact page.
27. What information should I send when reporting a technical problem?
Please send your full name, registered email address, course name, device (phone/tablet/computer), browser name, a short description of the problem and a screenshot if useful. Never send your password, password-reset link or verification code.
28. Where can I contact Global Educational Consultants for additional help?
Use our official Contact Us page. For course-access problems, include the exact course title and the email address registered to your student account so the team can understand the issue more quickly.
